My Path to
Mindset Wellness

My story is one of transformation, rooted in a deep desire to help women actualize their lives. For years, I navigated my own path at the intersection of mental health and personal growth, learning that true well-being isn’t just physical—it’s about a mindful daily rhythm, a focused mindset, and a deep sense of self-efficacy. For over two decades, I’ve also worked as a licensed mental health therapist, and that background informs my grounded, evidence-based approach to mindset wellness coaching—while this space remains coaching, not therapy. Today, I share that journey with you. This is a space to explore the roots of your confidence, reconnect with what truly matters, and build the tools and discipline to create a life that feels aligned with who you are and what you’re here to do.
