My approach blends evidence-based mindfulness and discipline strategies with practical, science-backed tools to help you make choices that matter and navigate challenges with ease. With over 20 years’ experience as a licensed mental health therapist, I bring a grounded, evidence-based lens to mindset wellness coaching—while this space remains coaching, not therapy. Together, we move beyond surface-level changes so you can feel capable, confident, and empowered. You will emerge with the self-efficacy needed to thrive and the framework to live the life you want.
